Try nipping the bolts up a little tighter.

they are common for cracked manifolds if its blowing from the gasket where it meets the head you normally see black soot on the head id say prob cracked manifold but might be wrong.

are you sure its not blowing where the precat meets the turbo

Check the manifold gasket near the thermostat, the studs sheer off there and can blow when cold....I know this as mine does.

they can srack around the no3 area common on al vx manifolds not just turbos you can some times weld them my mate gas welded his and its been fine also the face of the manifold where it meets the head can warp if the studs shear off you can get in with a 90degree air drill mine came out as i was drilling cos i have some lefthanded drill bits but you can use an easyout

My gasket near the thermostat went on my old manifold and used to make a ticking/knocking sound until it warmed up and expanded, the seals went in the turbo too so I ended up leaving it till I replaced the turbo before doing the gasket.

Its not an easy job to get to the gasket so if it aint bothering you then I would leave it for the time being.
