what benifits would i gain from getting the heat on my z20let skimmed, any had id done and notice a diffrence

You'd get better off boost performance with a skimmed head but its not an ideal way of tuning on a turbo car, especially if you are running increased boost, it could lead to detonation and a broken engine.
I've often wondered how much is a permissable skim on a Zlet head, you are probably better off asking a reputable engine rebuilders or tuner.

you'd want to be careful of the valve to piston clearances if you skim the head..
The ZLET's are already pretty close in this department...

all you will gain is compression and a bit more torque if your running really low boost but if you wanna run big boost low comp is what you want
