Is it a big/costly job on a zlet?
the steam seals are cheap, i think the head needs to come off the car. which means cams off, new cambelt kit on once done. makes it more costly.
someone will be along with more details.

Did a bit of looking about. Apparently there is a tool that goes in where the spark plug goes and it hold the valve in so you can release the spring etc. Also found the rope method which sounds a bit iffy. You feed nylon rope into the cylinder and rotate the crank to put some pressure on the valve and that holds in it.
Don't really want to take the head off because I just had the head gasket done! :(
