Hello all bit new to this but here goes =
is there any differance between the z20let and the z20lel?
would it fit straight into my car which is a 2.2 sports coupe bertone or will
i need modid mounts for engine and gearbox?
can i use my gear box(but i want 350 bhp)
and finally lolol do i need to uprate any of the parts to get 350 other than the turbo and fmic chrs all info appreciated !
Ive been into the c20let for a few years now but know nothing really about these engines and have worked out it would work out cheaper and easyer to go down this route as i have a 2.2 bertone anyway !!

The z20lel is the same as the let and ler, in that it has standard pistons, balancer shafts, lower power than the VXR, smaller bore pipework, and smaller turbo. It won't fit straight into your car, the gearbox is the wrong way round (starter on the wrong side) apparently, though I've never looked at the gearbox.
If you want some forged pistons to bump you up to LEH spec in that department, PM me.

its better to start with a Z20let if you want 350bhp an rebuild that an stick with a F23 as they are fine with a lot of power if you do a few cheap mods
The let and lel are the same engine bar the map afaik.
so my gearox is no good its a xreg bertone sports coupe, Was going to get bigger turbo and tubular anyway lol (sweet) so im going to need modid engine brackets then anyone know anyone that does em chrs binss!!!!!!

if you want to go for a better manifold get a Cast one

Manifold for fitting a Garrett GT28RS turbo charger on Z20LET, Z20LEL, Z20LER or Z20LEH engines.
to run 350bhp your need Steel Rods forged pistons
might as well start with a Z20let they have better a Crank then the LEL,LER,LEH

Z20LEL is pretty much the same as the Z20LET inc the turbo etc.
The map is the only difference.
I run a Z20LEL in my car that tuned to what should be 280-300 bhp.
130hp gain, thats pretty impressive!
You tune it the same way as if you had a Z20LET fitted (If its in a MK4)
