does anybody know the torque settings for the z20let head ive been told
25nm 90 degrees 90 degrees 90 degrees 15 dgrees
is that right?
yeah that's spot on, but you need head new bolts tho
tightening sequence...
10---6---2---3---7
9---5---1---4---8
you tighten the head bolts in stages of both torque and angle
first you tighten by 'torque' to 25nm
2nd you tighten it by 'angle' a further 90 degrees
3rd you tighten it by 'angle' a further 90 degrees
4th you tighten it by 'angle' a further 90 degrees
finally you tighten it by 'angle' a further 15 degrees
the wonders of stretch bolts :)

right ive done that but the top left bolt doesnt seem to want to go as tight as the others! it will nip a fair bit but it doesnt feel as tight! i dont think the threads have stripped any ideas?
