hi guys wondering if you guys could help out. i have a Zlet running 240bhp on CS1 when i put my foot down and change gear there is quite a bit of lag before the turbo kicks in again is this normal? or is there something wrong??

i normally only take it up to about 5k before changing is that the problem?

There always will be some lag due to it being a turbo, just how long are we talking about? With mine you can feel & see on gauge it build up boost after a change, to be honest since having my phase 3.5 I hardly notice lag, too busy consentrating keeping it on the road lol

Also just to add a full exhaust helps a hell of a lot... Get yourself a boost gauge too to help with diagnostics etc :)

Try and play with your gearchanges. If you change gear too early or too late then you don't fall into the powerband all the time. I've noticed the lag if I change too high or low.

it feels like the turbo is just kicking in again for the first time if that makes sense!

i will have a play with the gear changes to see if that makes a difference.

thanks for your help so far guys
