Hi, How can an actuator setting be ? My vehicle has got vxr turbo, standard z20let's turbo actuator, vxr injectors and remap. How can I do actuator setting? If the actuator setting is spoiled, as what kind of problems will i meet?

i dont think you should be messing about twith the settings m8... i know some people have done on the site but my opinion on this would be unless you have a proven problem with the setting dont touch it.. what about taking it wherever you got ur map done?

The best way to set or "zero" an actuator is to unplug the front boost solenoid plug, then take the car for a drive, it should boost to 0.35 precisely. Then you know your actuator has been zeroed in. If its higher or lower, adjust the nut accordingly.

Re- plug the solenoid, now you have std boost settings again.

I assume that's 0.35 bar? Works out at a smidgen over 5psi in old money!

I have had issues setting up my actuator but the cars running CS4 with a -31. Might give this a go though :)

Provided he has a boost guage fitted.

Bit useless otherwise.

Yes, its 0.35 bar. Works a charm even if you are running an aftermarket map.

A boost gauge is the definitive most necessary tool for tuning, even its temporary fitment.

If there is wrong in your car, the car shows error light firstly. If your actuotar was wrongly adjusted, u also error code. So u got error code kiddy...
