Replacment DV kits from AET Turbos

Hello guys

Just ordered a replacement standard DV for my car as i get chatter galore and dont have any boost leaks etc and car is making very good power.

What i want to know is does the diaphragm come with a spring? My car came with a Baileys when i got and the standard valve just had a nut in the end of the vac pipe, but now it's plumbed in again i still get chatter so wondering if the spring was removed.

have you checked there is no splits in your boost or vacum pips as this can cause chatter,mine is chattering at the min and thats what im going to look for first.

yes mate, had a boost leak before on my ibiza so know what they sound like :D

Does the kit come with a new spring then Danny? Was a good service they provided at AET

I do believe the kit does contain bolts, housing, diaphragm and spring.

If it is a diaphragm type it uses a spring.
