if any petrol engine will not start, check spark and fuel. Is there and fuel going down the return to tank pipe? If not then you do not have enough fuel pressure. Check the sparks are sparking the correct amount for the number of turns of the crank. Ignition on and turn the crank with a spanner you should get 2 sparks per crank revolution

which 1 is the return mate the pipe but the presure reglator or the other 1 cus fuel cums out of the pipe the goes 2 the presure regerlator side but none out the other
its sounds like its sparking fine as it wil kind of start if u put fuel down the plug holes but other then that they just stay dry th spark plugs that it?????

fuel is supplied to the rail at an irregular approx 6 bar. The regulator keeps an even 3 bar in and should return the rest to the tank. It sounds like you have a fuel delivery problem. Check for kinked fuel pipe, blocked fuel filter, no fuel in tank and faulty gauge. If the regulator was blocked you would get no return but then it would overfuel and the engine would flood

did you not read this? Where in the country are you? If you are close by I could bring my fuel pressure tester over
