Extending the AFM Wires

I need to do mine tomorrow sometime, I'm assuming its just the same process as normal wire extending?

IE same wire, then solder them together.

Does anyone know the size of the wire too?

Yeah just the same as normal.

Not sure on the thickness but its not that thick.
