I am looking into getting a stage 1 upgrade for my Astra GSi from either Regal of Courtenay.
Is there much difference between the two?
Also what do you think is best for my GSi regal or courtenay?

courtenay all the way for me. regals maps are quite agressive and not to everyones taste! thats my opinion! you will never get a definative answer because everyone has their own views on this. £700 got me cs1 and pre cat pipe replacement. 239bhp and 249lb/ft well worth the money. best 4hr drive home i ever had. at the end of the day its down to one person YOU! :cheesy:
I am leaning towards courteney it is alot nearer to me than regal.
stage 1 is ok for the extra torque but your soon be wanting an intercooler. Honestly with my stage 1 my car is well down on power in these hot days...... I just got it to tide me over until I can get a stage 4

If you're closer to CS then go to CS, if you're closer to Regals go there, also consider VXRPC and Thorneys too
