Im work at mo so dont have access to the scans of my rolling road i had done at westec.

Made 192bhp and 225torque :( gutted! should be 230bhp!

What gear is peak power made in? It was 20degrees in the workshop but he had a massive fan on the cooler, he said he'd run it again with my fmic fitted but thinking it must be something more serious :(

Should be run in 4th or 5th, 5th will overboost more obviously

Power is obviously low but without seeing the graphs its abit hit and miss as to why !

Only other thing we could do is plug my laptop into the OBD port and run the car to check things

was in 4th gear, ill scan the graphs later, it didnt measure boost or afm readings though :( lines are straight with no dips though. aye we keep saying about your laptop, need to pull my finger out and get it done LN :)

at the wheels by any chance ?

as that would equate to approx 230 bhp

It should be in 4th gear as that's the closest to a drive ratio of 1:1

Depends on any calculations the RR maybe doing, usually 4th is the norm though

Laptop is up and running mate, and configured - albeit for my car. Could easily configure it to add yours in as another profile.

Well my VXR made 188 at the wheels and 225 at the fly (calculated) so I doubt it's at the wheels - it seems that this weekis the one for disappointing RR results!

And that was in 4th, which is pretty similair to the ratio in 4th in a Mk 4 turbo.

afm, actuator not tight enough or too tight? turbo again, head gasket as i have "washer fluid level" warning on my trip even though its full, same as byron had and that was headgasket

Head gasket could be a problem

Actuator would be easy enough to check. Doubt its the AMM or turbo again !

Danny, its the PCM scan stuff with a mobydic modulator

Interesting that, cos last week I watched a car program that had a 5min clip of a 19 year old lass that had bought a 2005 red VXR. She had put Lambo doors on it and had a remap+full Miltek system on it. They RR'd it and it produced 241.7bhp (fly)! She must have been gutted. They commented on how it only just pipped the offical 240 rating with £1500 of mods on it.
To be fair it only had 2k miles on the clock.
Food for thought is that! Can we assume that as standard her VXR would have only produced around 220-225bhp or less even!
